Jacobs Crabbiest Patty


Ingredients: garlic salt, pepper, mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, bun, pickles, 4 slices cheddar cheese and 1 pound lean ground beef .


Directions:

1. Form 1/4 pound beef patties. Season generously with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook patties in frying pan with 1 T of olive oil to prevent sticking. Cook for pan for 7 - 8 minutes, turning 1/2 way through time.
2. Slather mayo on bottom bun. Put cooked patty on next followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce and pickles.
3. Put ketchup and mustard on top bun. Put top bun to finish the sandwich.
